Edit Virtual Machine Settings Window

The following section describes each part of the window Virtual Machine Settings

Model Configuration

To view or change the virtual machine model, select in the column of the left hand pane. The current setting will be displayed inModel Device

the field labelled . To change the model, the drop-down box and select the appropriate model (see theHardware Model click Hardware Model

example below).

For any changes to take effect, the virtual machine must be restarted. However, it is also recommended that before making any

configuration changes the virtual machine is shutdown correctly.
